Kindly note that you are voluntarily agreeing to receive mental health assessment, care, treatment, or services and authorize your therapist to provide such care, treatment, or services as are considered necessary and advisable. Therapy involves sharing sensitive, personal, and private information that may at times be distressing.

Discussions between a therapist and a client are confidential. Sessions are not audio or video recorded, but the therapist keeps brief records noting your reasons for seeking therapy, the goals and progress set for treatment, topics of discussion, and treatment history. No information will be released without your written consent unless mandated by law. Possible exceptions to confidentiality include but are not limited to the following situations: threat to seriously injure/harm self or other; abuse of a child/elderly/disabled; sexual exploitation; AIDS/HIV infection and possible transmission; criminal prosecutions; or situations where the therapist has a duty to disclose, or where, in the therapist’s judgment, it is necessary to warn, notify, or disclose.

Your relationship with the therapist is a professional and therapeutic relationship. In order to preserve this relationship, it is imperative that the therapist not have any other type of relationship with you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sessions can be rescheduled/cancelled for free upon informing the therapist at least 24 hours before the session timing. Rescheduling/cancelling your session less than 24 hours before the session timing are chargeable for the hour.

No-show for a booked session will be regarded as a cancelled session.

Sessions once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
